Cancellation Policy

At La’Moh, we begin processing every order immediately after it is placed to ensure timely dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support with:

• Order Number
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order status.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders already shipped
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Orders purchased during special promotional campaigns where cancellation restrictions apply

Cancellation by La’Moh

La’Moh reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment failure
• Pricing or technical errors
• Product unavailability
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Incomplete customer information

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
