Return Policy

At La’Moh, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.
As our products are premium fashion jewelry, returns are accepted only under the following conditions.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 3 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

A return will only be accepted if:

● Product is unused and unworn.
● Original packaging, box, pouch, invoice and accessories are intact.
● Product has no scratches, perfume stains, makeup stains or damage.
● Product is not altered or tampered with.
● Return request is approved by La’Moh after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:
Used products

● Customized or engraved products
● Gift cards
● Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
● Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Processing Fee

A ₹100 Return Processing & Reverse Logistics Fee will be deducted for every approved return.

This fee covers:

• Reverse pickup
• Quality inspection
• Packaging verification
• Processing charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method.
• If the product fails inspection, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• Wrong item
• Damaged item
• Manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear product images

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
